- [07V222000](/recalls/nhtsa/07V222000.md), 2007-06-04: SUSPENSION:REAR:AXLE:SPINDLE. ON CERTAIN TRUCKS, THE REAR\-REAR AXLE BRAKE SLACK ADJUSTERS MAY CONTACT THE REAR AXLE HOUSING PREVENTING THE BRAKES FROM BEING FULLY APPLIED POSSIBLY CAUSING EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCES. Built 2004\-10\-11 to 2007\-02\-22.
- [05V188000](/recalls/nhtsa/05V188000.md), 2005-04-28: TRAILER HITCHES:FIFTH WHEEL ASSEMBLY. ON CERTAIN VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIR OPERATED FIFTH WHEEL SLIDES AND AN MSVA 7\-PACK ACCESSORY CONTROLLER, THE 7\-PACK CAN ALLOW WATER TO CONTAMINATE ITS CIRCUIT BOARD. THIS COULD RESULT IN INADVERTENT OPERATION OF THE FIFTH WHEEL SLIDE CONTROL. Built 2001\-10\-10 to 2005\-03\-21.
- [04V569000](/recalls/nhtsa/04V569000.md), 2004-12-03: STRUCTURE. ON CERTAIN TRUCKS, THE BOLTS THAT MOUNT THE FRONT OF THE CAB TO THE MOUNTING BRACKETS WERE NOT PROPERLY TORQUED AT THE MANUFACTURING PLANT. Built 2004\-01\-16 to 2004\-11\-01.

## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2005129](/recalls/tc/2005129.md), 2005-04-29: Wheels. On certain vehicles, wheels were not pre\-stressed and could, over time, develop cracks. If allowed to propagate, the cracks may result in wheel failure, which could cause a vehicle crash without warning, possibly resulting in property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace affected wheels.
- [2005128](/recalls/tc/2005128.md), 2005-04-29: Other. On certain vehicles, the electrically controlled Modular Solenoid Valve Assembly \(MSVA\) 7\-pack can allow water to contaminate its circuit board possibly resulting in inadvertent operation of the fifth wheel slide control. If the fifth wheel slide control actuates while the vehicle is in transit, momentum from the trailer can cause the fifth wheel to slide without input from the driver, which may result in a vehicle crash without warning possibly resulting in property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the 7\-pack base and solenoids.
- [2004413](/recalls/tc/2004413.md), 2004-11-24: Structure. On certain vehicles, the sixteen \(16\) bolts that mount the front of the cab to two \(2\) cast mounting brackets were not properly torqued. Without proper assembly torque, these bolts can loosen during normal vehicle use and fall out. This may lead to the cab separating from the vehicle's chassis during a crash that may result in properly damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace and torque all sixteen \(16\) bolts.
