- [07V314000](/recalls/nhtsa/07V314000.md), 2007-07-24: PARKING BRAKE. ON CERTAIN 6X4 OR 6X6 TRUCKS WITH AIR BRAKES OR TRACTORS WITH AIR BRAKES AND EQUIPPED WITH BENDIX SR\-7 SPRING BRAKE MODULATING VALVES, THE INTERNAL RUBBER CHECK VALVE MAY LEAK CAUSING A DELAY IN THE APPLICATION OF THE SPRING BRAKES TO PARK THE VEHICLE AFTER THE OPERATOR PULLS THE DASH VALVE BUTTON. Built 2005\-11\-01 to 2007\-04\-30.
- [07V222000](/recalls/nhtsa/07V222000.md), 2007-06-04: SUSPENSION:REAR:AXLE:SPINDLE. ON CERTAIN TRUCKS, THE REAR\-REAR AXLE BRAKE SLACK ADJUSTERS MAY CONTACT THE REAR AXLE HOUSING PREVENTING THE BRAKES FROM BEING FULLY APPLIED POSSIBLY CAUSING EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCES. Built 2004\-10\-11 to 2007\-02\-22.
- [07V179000](/recalls/nhtsa/07V179000.md), 2007-04-24: SUSPENSION:REAR:AXLE:NON\-POWERED AXLE ASSEMBLY. IF THE CHECK VALVE DOES NOT PROPERLY SEAT, THE RESULTING LEAKAGE CAN CAUSE A DELAY IN THE APPLICATION OF THE SPRING BRAKES TO PARK THE VEHICLE AFTER OPERATOR PULLS THE DASH VALVE BUTTON. Built 2006\-04\-06 to 2006\-06\-09.

## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2018043](/recalls/tc/2018043.md), 2018-01-22: Electrical. On certain vehicles equipped with an IOTA 50 amp transfer switch which is used to switch power between on\-vehicle generator and shoreline power. Under certain heavy duty cycles, the lugs on the buss bar may loosen. Under high electrical loads, loose electrical connections could cause the circuit to overheat, which would increase the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the IOTA switch.
- [2008068](/recalls/tc/2008068.md), 2008-02-27: Other. On certain vehicles, the engine oil cooler base plate may crack, allowing pressurized oil to leak into the engine compartment. This may cause engine shut down without warning, and a risk of fire, which could result in property damage, personal injury, or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the engine oil cooler.
- [2007246](/recalls/tc/2007246.md), 2007-07-20: Brakes. On certain vehicles, the internal rubber check valve inside the Bendix SR\-7 spring brake modulating valve can become deformed over time. The effect of this defect is intermittent and presents a potential delay or failure in applying the parking brakes; potentially resulting in a vehicle roll away. Should this occur, the unattended roll away vehicle could strike a bystander or cause property damage. Correction: Dealers will install a check valve repair kit.
- [2007125](/recalls/tc/2007125.md), 2007-04-20: Other. On certain trucks, the rear drive axle housing was manufactured with steel below the specified thickness, which could result in fatigue failure over time. If failure occurs, the outboard end of the housing could eventually separate, allowing the hub, axle shaft, and/or wheel and brake assembly to separate from the vehicle. This could cause a vehicle crash with injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if required, replace the axle assembly.
- [2006149](/recalls/tc/2006149.md), 2006-06-27: Brakes. On certain vehicles, the Bendix SR\-7 check valve inside the valve cavity may not properly seat, causing internal air leakage. The resulting leakage can cause a delay on the application of the spring brakes to park the vehicle after the operator pulls the dash valve button. This delay can occur without warning and possibly contribute to a vehicle roll away. A roll away may result in a vehicle crash, that can cause property damage, personal injury, or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect all subject vehicles, if the suspect valve is found, it will be replaced.
