DUECO Inc. \(DUECO\), a manufacturer of utility vehicles, is recalling certain Dueco\-modified model year 2009\-2011 International 4300, 2010 International 4400, 2009 and 2011 International 7400, 2010 Freightliner M2, 2008\-2009 GMC C5500, and 2011 Ford F\-750 vehicles, equipped with Sure Power DC\-DC converters containing a particular epoxy sealing, aka 'potting', compound.  The specific potting compound used in the subject products for insulation was found to be capable of conducting electricity after being exposed to heat.

Navistar Inc. \(Navistar\) is recalling certain model year 2010\-2011 IC bus 3200, model year 2012 and 2014 IC bus CE and model year 2011\-2013 IC bus HC transit buses and model year 2008\-2013 International 4300 and model year 2013 International Workstar commercial trucks equipped with Eaton hybrid automated transmissions. NAVISTAR IS RECALL 7,521 MY 2009 INTERNATIONAL MODEL TRUCKS AND MY 2009 AND 2010 IC SCHOOL AND TRANSIT BUSES MANUFACTURED FROM APRIL 1, 2008 TO DECEMBER 12, 2008, EQUIPPED WITH A HORTON 2\-SPEED FAN DRIVE, IDENTIFIED BY FEATURE CODE 12THT.  THE FASTENERS THAT CONNECT THE MAGNET BRACKETS TO THE AIR CHAMBER HOUSING OF THE 2\-SPEED ENGINE FAN COULD FAIL RESULTING IN THE MAGNET BRACKET BEING THROWN FROM THE FAN DRIVE AND THE VEHICLE AT HIGH SPEED. Built 2008\-04\-01 to 2008\-12\-12.

THE FRONT AXLE BEARINGS IN SOME CASES WERE NOT SUFFICIENTLY LUBRICATED DURING ASSEMBLY WHICH MAY RESULT IN BEARING SEIZING OR POSSIBLE WHEEL SEPARATION. Built 2008\-08\-18 to 2008\-10\-20.

- [2010096](/recalls/tc/2010096.md), 2010-03-23: Electrical. On certain vehicles equipped with an optional jump start stud, corrosion at the base of the stud may cause an electrical short between the stud and battery box resulting in a vehicle fire causing property damage, personal injury, or death.  Correction: Dealers will install a new redesigned jump start stud.
- [2010078](/recalls/tc/2010078.md), 2010-03-16: Brakes. On certain vehicles, the parking brake may release if the brake system's electronic control unit misinterprets signals generated from turning the ignition key more than once at a specific rate.  The release of the parking brake may cause a sudden, unexpected shift in vehicle position, resulting in property damage, personal injury or death.  Correction: Dealers will reprogram brake system electronic control unit.
- [2009092](/recalls/tc/2009092.md), 2009-03-30: Other. On certain vehicles, fasteners that secure the engine fan magnet bracket could fail allowing the bracket to separate from the vehicle.  An errant magnet bracket could strike a vehicle, property, or a bystander, which could result in property damage, personal injury or death.  Correction: Dealers will replace the engine fan drive air chamber and magnet bracket.
- [2008422](/recalls/tc/2008422.md), 2008-11-21: Other. On certain vehicles, the front axle bearings were not sufficiently lubricated during assembly, which may result in bearing seizing or possible wheel separation.  A seized bearing, as well as front wheel separation, could result in a vehicle crash causing property damage, personal injury or death.  A separated wheel could also roll\-away, posing a risk to motorists and bystanders.  Correction: Dealers will inspect, lubricate and, if necessary, replace the front axle bearings.
