SERVICE INFORMATION The Applied Vehicles are equipped with a wireless communication device called a Telematics Communication Unit (TCU). With an active Infiniti InTouch Services™ subscription the TCU communicates with the Infiniti Data Center to provide various security and convenience services. This bulletin contains important service procedures that must be performed properly in order to set-up and maintain the telematics system for the Applied Vehicles. • A table has been provided on the next page that lists the model and year-specific steps required to successfully configure a TCU after it has been replaced. • A check OFF sheet has been provided on page 11 to print and check off steps as they are performed. Please staple the completed Check OFF Sheet to the repair order.

TELEMATICS CONTROL UNIT RESET AFTER AUTOMATIC COLLISION NOTIFICATION SERVICE INFORMATION The Telematics Control Unit (TCU) has the ability to send an automatic collision notification when the vehicle is involved in an accident. Once an automatic collision notification is performed, the function becomes disabled. The TCU must be reset to re-enable the automatic collision notification function. This bulletin describes how to reset the TCU after an automatic collision notification has been performed.

The following CONSULT-III plus (C-III plus) figures and steps are only provided to indicate where the VEHICLE REFERENCE VALUE from Table A is to be entered. The software update in the following Service Procedure is for the items below: • Stability improvements and “bug” fixes Refer to steps 1 - 4 to confirm that this bulletin applies. HINT: The software update only needs to be downloaded once and can then be used on multiple Applied Vehicles until other infotainment software is loaded onto the USB drive to overwrite the original data.

ITB20-0032020-03-06. Service bulletin. WHEELS; TIRES:VALVE; TIRES:PRESSURE MONITORING AND REGULATING SYSTEMS. 2014-2020 Q50 AND 2017-2020 Q60; TPMS SENSOR LEAKING AIR IF YOU CONFIRM The vehicle has the original equipment wheels and TPMS sensors (tire pressure sensors) installed. AND The owner states that one or more tires has a continuous air leak or looses air pressure multiple times over a 30 day period (approximatively 1 psi every 3 days). NOTE: The TPMS warning lamp may be ON (not flashing) with one or more of the following DTCs stored: • - C1704, C1705, C1706, C1707, C1730, C1731, C1732, C1733 • - If the TPMS warning lamp is flashing for more than one (1) minute this bulletin does not apply. Refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for further diagnostic information. ACTION 1. Confirm that air is leaking between the tire pressure sensor’s valve stem and valve nut of the affected wheel/tire. 2. Replace the valve stem washer/seal and the valve nut and then torque to the new specification.
