Service bulletins for the 2023 Hyundai Elantra N

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Bulletins, newest first
23-EM-005H2023-12-15. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. This bulletin provides important checkpoint guidelines when performing engine oil and filter change services.
23-AT-002H2023-06-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. This bulletin provides service procedures to prevent possible moisture intrusion of the HP EOP (High Flow Electric Oil Pump) connector when servicing the 8-speed wet dual clutch transmission (8WDCT). If moisture enters the HF EOP connector, this can result in corrosion and insufficient connection of the terminals.
23-BD-007H2023-05-04. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY. Hyundai applies a Paint Protection Film (PPF) on new vehicles before delivery to dealerships. It provides a barrier between the paint and contaminants, such as rail dust, acid rain, and industrial fallout. In rare cases, the paint can become clouded under the PPF. These spots are the result of moisture trapped between the PPF and the paint.
23-01-033H2023-05-02. Service bulletin. STEERING. Certain 2023MY Elantra N (CN7-N) vehicles were programmed with Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) logic that may not apply steering assist when lane departure is detected. This bulletin provides the procedure to update the Motor Driven Power Steering (MDPS) software to revise the logic for LKA.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
