## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2026251](/recalls/tc/2026251.md), 2026-05-21: Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the weight sensor for the front passenger seat may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the passenger\-front airbag and knee airbag could deploy in a crash that doesn't require them to. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2024\-059. If the weight sensor fails, the SRS warning light would turn on in the instrument panel. Safety Risk: An airbag system that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the passenger\-front seat weight sensor.
- [2026003](/recalls/tc/2026003.md), 2026-01-05: Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles converted for wheelchair access by Vantage Mobility, the wheelchair tie\-down retractors may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the retractor\(s\) may not lock automatically. If this happens, the wheelchair may not be secured correctly and could move in a crash. Note: This recall only affects certain Q'Straint QRT\-DELUXE and QRT\-MAX wheelchair retractors with the part number Q8\-6200 or Q8\-6209. Safety Risk: A wheelchair that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Vantage Mobility recommends you confirm the wheelchair is secured properly by attempting to move it before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. Vantage Mobility will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a Vantage Mobility service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the wheelchair retractor\(s\).
- [2023350](/recalls/tc/2023350.md), 2023-06-15: Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, the terminals on the coaxial cable for the audio display unit may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the audio display unit could lose its connection, and the rearview camera image may not display when the transmission is shifted into reverse gear. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the media oriented systems transport \(MOST\) cable harness, and install a cover over the audio display unit connector.
