- [21V924000](/recalls/nhtsa/21V924000.md), 2021-11-24: SEATS:MOTORCYCLE. Harley\-Davidson Motor Company \(Harley\-Davidson\) is recalling certain 2021 Pan America RA1250S and RA1250 motorcycles.  The seat base may not be fastened properly, which could cause the hand\-hold portion of the base to fracture.

- [2022038](/recalls/tc/2022038.md), 2022-02-01: Lights And Instruments. Issue: The speedometer and neutral indicator may not display when the motorcycle is started, if the instrument cluster temperature is below 0 °C. Note: If this happens, the instrument cluster will display a black screen with an error message.  Safety Risk: Riding a motorcycle without a speedometer or a neutral indicator could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Harley\-Davidson will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to update the instrument cluster module software.
- [2021724](/recalls/tc/2021724.md), 2021-11-25: Structure. Issue: On certain motorcycles, the seat base could crack near the hand\-hold. If this happens, the hand\-hold could detach from the motorcycle.  Safety Risk: A hand\-hold that detaches while a passenger is using it could create a risk of injury.  Corrective Actions: Harley\-Davidson will notify owners by mail and advise you to arrange service with an authorized Harley\-Davidson dealer, who will replace the seat base. Harley\-Davidson recommends that you should not use the hand\-holds until the recall repairs are completed.
