Technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Code P20E8 set. Technician should follow published Service Information diagnostics for the Diagnostic Trouble Code. Technician will also inspect the Diesel Exhaust Fluid pump part number. If the part number on the pump is not 84148452 the pump will need to be replaced.

Dealer will need to contact General Motors Technical Assistance Center for further assistance.
