- [19V191000](/recalls/nhtsa/19V191000.md), 2019-03-08: EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS. Forest River, Inc \(Forest River\) is recalling certain 2018\-2019 Forest River Surveyor recreational trailers, models SVT201RBLE, SVT201RBLE\-47 and SVT201RBS\-47.  The Federal Placard indicates that the vehicles have 3,500 lb. capacity axles, whereas the vehicles actually have 2,500 lb. capacity axles. Built 2018\-03\-18 to 2019\-02\-27.
- [18V296000](/recalls/nhtsa/18V296000.md), 2018-05-04: EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER. Forest River, Inc. \(Forest River\) is recalling certain 2018 Forest River Surveyor recreational trailers, model SVT241RBLE.  The refrigerator in the slide room may not have an air cycling fan to cool the refrigerator parts, which can cause the refrigerator to overheat. Built 2018\-01\-24 to 2018\-02\-06.
- [18V222000](/recalls/nhtsa/18V222000.md), 2018-04-06: EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS; TIRES. Forest River, Inc. \(Forest River\) is recalling certain 2018 Forest River Surveyor recreational trailers, model ORSVT247BHDS.  The Federal Placard on these vehicles incorrectly indicate a tire size of ST225/75R15D needing 65 PSI and a rim designation of 15X6.0JJ, however, the vehicle is actually equipped with ST205/75R14C tires needing 50 PSI and a rim designation of 14X5.5JJ.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification." Built 2018\-03\-22 to 2018\-03\-30.
- [18V185000](/recalls/nhtsa/18V185000.md), 2018-03-21: EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER. Forest River, Inc. \(Forest River\) is recalling certain 2018 Surveyor recreational trailers, models SVT248BHLE and SVT248BHLE\-OR.  The refrigerator in the slideroom may have been installed without an air cycling fan to cool the refrigerator parts, which can cause the refrigerator cooling tubes to fail. Built 2017\-09\-22 to 2018\-03\-13.
- [18V002000](/recalls/nhtsa/18V002000.md), 2018-01-02: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING:FUSES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS. Forest River, Inc. \(Forest River\) is recalling certain 2018 Surveyor recreational trailers, models SVT266RLDS, SVT285IKDS, SVT285IKLE, SVT323BHLE, SVT33KRETS, SVT33KRLOK and SVT33KRLTS.  These vehicles were built with a circuit breaker that allows more current that the wiring can handle. Built 2017\-09\-15 to 2017\-12\-18.

- [2018140](/recalls/tc/2018140.md), 2018-03-21: Accessories. On certain travel trailers, the refrigerator in the slide room does not have a cycling fan installed. This could cause the refrigerator to overheat, potentially resulting in cooling tubes failing. This could increase the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a fan assembly.
- [2018002](/recalls/tc/2018002.md), 2018-01-02: Electrical. On certain travel trailers, a 30 amp circuit breaker was incorrectly installed during manufacturing. Instead, a 15 amp circuit breaker should have been installed. With an incorrect amperage circuit breaker, the wiring of the breaker cannot manage the amp draw requirements, which could result in the wiring melting, and increase the risk of a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a new replacement 15 amp circuit breaker.
