Service bulletins for the 2019 Forest River No Boundaries

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

5110862020-06-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. The P-Trap swivel fitting may crack during normal use, potentially allowing water to leak, which may lead to premature degradation of any non-water resistant components.
7710222019-06-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; STRUCTURE; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. An incorrect fastener was used to secure the sofa to the sidewalls. This fastener is a self-tapping fastener whereas the correct fastener should be a standard non-self-tapping screw.
5110082019-04-30. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:SUN/MOON ROOF ASSEMBLY; STRUCTURE. A limited number of outer dome skylights (V1422CLOD/V1422BROD/V1422WHOD) have displayed cracks soon after installation. Cracks may originate at the flange of the skylight and extend outward. This issue has been known to occur within 2 weeks of installation.
7709052018-12-17. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. The heavy-duty nature of the Lippert torsion suspension system (3500-4400 lb. torsion axle depending on model) combined with the Cooper Discoverer LT215/85R16E tires can create a rough and irregular ride during ?On Road? highway use when the trailer is not adequately loaded. The suspension/tire combination was designed for off-road use, with high cargo capacity. When the unit is not under 50%+ load and used on the highway, the increased tire pressure and heavy duty suspension could affect the ride quality significantly resulting in cosmetic damage to the interior.
5107802018-10-15. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER. Per the service bulletin from Dometic ?Dometic Corporation has identified a visual cosmetic defect that has occurred on our Dometic DM2652 refrigerators up in the freezer compartment. This does NOT occur on all units, but may be present on units with serial numbers starting with MB between 805xxxxx and 820XXXXX. The visual cosmetic defect in no way affects the performance, operation, safety, or function of the refrigerator and does not represent a non-compliance issue to one or more of the FMVSS standards or result in a risk of personal injury, death, vehicle crash, or property damage.?

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
