- [23V289000](/recalls/nhtsa/23V289000.md), 2023-04-24: TIRES; STRUCTURE. Forest River, Inc. \(Forest River\) is recalling certain 2022 Columbus CMF299RL fifth wheel vehicles.  The riser tube was not installed between the axle hangers, causing inadequate clearance for the tires.

Forest River, Inc. \(Forest River\) is recalling certain 2021\-2022 Coachmen Adrenaline, Apex, Catalina, Freedom Express, Spirit, East to West Alta, Della Terra, Silver Lake, Forest River Cedar Creek, Cherokee, Columbus, Flagstaff, Impression, Ozark, Rockwood, Sabre, Salem, Sandstorm, Shockwave, Stealth, Stealth Evo, Vengeance, Vibe, Wildwood, XLR Toyhauler, Palomino Puma, Prime Time Avenger, Crusader, Lacrosse, Sanibel, Shasta Oasis, 2022 Coachmen Cross Trail, Prism, Forest River Aurora, Rainier, Wildcat, Work and Play, Prime Time Tracer, 2021\-2023 Coachmen Leprechaun, and 2022\-2023 Coachmen Freelander fifth wheel and travel trailer recreational vehicles.      The quick disconnect fittings in the LP gas system may be cracked, causing a gas leak.

- [2023244](/recalls/tc/2023244.md), 2023-04-24: Structure. Issue: Certain RV trailers were built with a missing tube above the axle hangers. As a result, there may not be enough tire clearance under certain loading conditions, and a tire could contact the slide room adjustment bolt. This could cause damage to a tire and result in a tire failure. Note:  This recall only affects certain Columbus CMF299RL fifth\-wheel models.  Safety Risk: A tire failure could cause a loss of control and result in a crash.  Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to dealership to install the missing tube between the axle hanger and bottom of the frame I\-beam.
- [2022181](/recalls/tc/2022181.md), 2022-04-13: Accessories. Issue: On certain RV trailers and motorhomes, the quick disconnect fittings for the propane \(LP\) gas system may be defective. As a result, the fittings could crack and leak propane.  Safety Risk: A propane gas leak could create the risk of a fire or explosion.  Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your RV trailer or motorhome to a dealership to replace the quick disconnect fittings on the propane system and perform a leak test.
