- [26V090000](/recalls/nhtsa/26V090000.md), 2026-02-17: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:PEDALS AND LINKAGES. Ford Motor Company \(Ford\) is recalling certain 2025 Transit vehicles. The brake pedal may disconnect from the brake booster pushrod, causing a loss of brake function. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 105, "Hydraulic and Electric Brake Systems." Built 2025\-01\-21 to 2025\-04\-25. **NHTSA advises: do not drive until the repair is done.**

Rollx Vans \(Rollx\) is recalling certain GMC Yukon, Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, E\-250, Toyota Sienna, Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Voyager, Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, and Ram Promaster vehicles equipped with QRT\-Deluxe and QRT\-Max wheelchair restraints. Please refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model year information. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. Built to 2025\-10\-24.

Ford Motor Company \(Ford\) is recalling certain 2025 Transit, F\-150, and Explorer vehicles. The connecting rod and rod bearing components may have manufacturing defects that can lead to engine damage and engine failure. Built 2025\-03\-07 to 2025\-03\-17.
- [25V315000](/recalls/nhtsa/25V315000.md), 2025-05-09: BACK OVER PREVENTION:SOFTWARE. Ford Motor Company \(Ford\) is recalling certain 2021\-2024 Bronco, F\-150, 2021\-2024 Edge, 2022\-2025 Escape, F\-250, F\-350, F\-450, F\-550, F\-600, 2022\-2024 Expedition, 2022\-2025 Transit, 2021\-2023 Mach\-E, 2024 Ranger, Mustang, 2021\-2023 Lincoln Nautilus, 2022\-2024 Navigator, and 2023\-2024 Corsair vehicles. A software error may cause the rearview camera image to delay, freeze, or not display when the vehicle is in reverse. Built to 2025\-03\-13.

- [2026071](/recalls/tc/2026071.md), 2026-02-18: Brakes. Issue: On certain vehicles, the cotter pin that secures the brake booster pushrod to the brake pedal may not have been installed. As a result, the pushrod could detach from the pedal and cause a loss of brakes. Note: This recall doesn't affect the Transit MPV model.  Safety Risk: A loss of brakes can create the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Ford advises you not to drive your vehicle until the recall repairs are completed. Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a dealer to arrange for an inspection. The dealer will repair the brake booster assembly, as necessary.
- [2025284](/recalls/tc/2025284.md), 2025-05-23: Engine. Issue: On certain vehicles, the connecting rods may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the engine could fail. Note: This recall only affects certain vehicles equipped with a 3.5L engine.  Safety Risk: An engine failure could cause a sudden loss of power to the wheels and increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the engine.
