- [2026451](/recalls/tc/2026451.md), 2026-09-23: Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain vehicles, the headlamp assemblies may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, on Super Duty models equipped with LED reflector headlamps, the daytime running lamps \(DRLs\), parking lamps, low beams, and/or high beams may be dim or may not work. On Super Duty models equipped with LED projector headlamps, the daytime running lamps \(DRLs\) and parking lamps may be dim or may not work. For Expedition models, the low beams and/or high beams may be dim or may not work. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with LED headlamps. Safety Risk: Headlamps, parking lamps and/or daytime running lights \(DRLs\) that don't work properly could reduce visibility and make the vehicle less visible to other road users. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and replace the headlamp\(s\), as necessary.
- [2026079](/recalls/tc/2026079.md), 2026-02-20: Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem with the integrated trailer module \(ITRM\) may cause the trailer lights not to work when towing. This problem could also cause the trailer brakes not to work on certain vehicles. Note: This problem would cause a "Trailer brake module fault" message to be displayed and turn signal telltale to flash rapidly. This recall also affects certain Super Duty incomplete vehicles. Safety Risk: Trailer lights that don't work could make the vehicle less visible and cause following drivers not to recognize that the vehicle is braking or intends to turn or change lanes. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a loss of trailer brakes could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over\-the\-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the ITRM software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a Ford dealership.
- [2025663](/recalls/tc/2025663.md), 2025-12-01: Brakes. Issue: On certain vehicles, the electronic brake booster \(EBB\) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the EBB could enter a failsafe mode and cause a sudden increase in brake pedal force. This could also cause certain advanced driver assistance systems not to work properly. Safety Risk: A sudden increase in brake pedal force can cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, driver assistance systems that don't work properly could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the EBB.
- [2025392](/recalls/tc/2025392.md), 2025-07-25: Brakes. Issue: Under certain conditions, a software problem could cause the electronic brake booster motor to shut down. If this happens, there could be a sudden increase in brake pedal force. This could also cause certain driver assistance systems not to work properly. Note: This problem would cause the antilock braking system \(ABS\), electronic stability control \(ESC\) and brake warning lights to turn on, warning messages to display in the instrument cluster and a warning chime to sound. Safety Risks: A sudden increase in brake pedal force can cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, driver assistance systems that don't work properly could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over\-the\-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the electronic brake booster module software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a Ford dealership.
- [2025358](/recalls/tc/2025358.md), 2025-05-27: Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the passenger\-front airbag inflator may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the airbag could deploy with too much force. Safety Risk: An airbag that inflates with too much force could create an increased risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the passenger\-front airbag module.
- [2025163](/recalls/tc/2025163.md), 2025-03-28: Engine. Issue: On certain vehicles, the engine cup plug\(s\) may not have been installed properly. As a result, engine oil could leak and cause a loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall only affects certain vehicles equipped with a 3.5 L turbo engine. Vehicles affected by Transport Canada recall no. 2024\-687 also require this repair. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Oil that leaks onto hot components can create the risk of a fire. Additionally, an oil leak could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the cup plug\(s\).
