## Maintenance updates from the manufacturer

- [SSM 46153](/bulletins/10091003.md), 2017-02-09. SETTING THE CORRECT TIRE INFLATION PRESSURE IS AN IMPORTANT STEP IN THE PRE\-DELIVERY PROCESS AND DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE INTERVALS. RECENT CUSTOMER CLINICS REVEALED THAT MOST EVERY VEHICLE IN THE CLINICS HAD THE TIRE PRESSURES SET INCORRECTLY. TIRE PRESSURES FROM THE FACTORY ARE NOT SET TO THE CORRECT SPECIFICATION. MAINTAINING THE CORRECT TIRE PRESSURE IS KEY TO THE RIDE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VEHICLE AND AFFECTS RIDE QUALITY, HANDLING, LOAD CAPACITY AND TIRE WEAR. THE RECOMMENDED PRESSURE SETTINGS CAN BE FOUND ON THE TIRE INFORMATION LABEL IN THE DRIVER'S SIDE FRONT DOOR JAM. DO NOT USE THE TIRE PRESSURES LISTED ON THE SIDEWALL OF THE TIRES. MAINTAINING THE TIRE PRESSURE IS PART OF NORMAL MAINTENANCE. IT SHOULD BE RECHECKED MONTHLY, PER THE OWNER GUIDE AND DURING THE RECOMMENDED TIRE ROTATION INTERVALS.

Bulletins from the manufacturer that mention a maintenance schedule or a service interval, as NHTSA summarises them. They are not the schedule itself: read the document, and the owner's manual.

## What owners report

6 complaints filed with NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19. 0 report a crash, 0 a fire and 0 an injury.

The median mileage owners gave: 59,151 km (36,755 miles).

These are counts of the complaints owners filed with NHTSA about this model year. A complaint is an owner's report: it is not verified by NHTSA or by this site, and it is not a finding that anything is wrong with the vehicle. A count is not a rate: a model that sold more has more complaints. A complaint may name several components, so the components do not add up to the total.
