Farber Specialty Vehicles \(Farber\) is recalling various specialty vehicles modified by Farber and equipped with model S2005, S2010, S5005, S5010, S5505, and S5510 wheelchair lifts manufactured by Ricon Corporation.  The platform side plate of the affected wheelchair lifts may crack. Built 2007\-01\-15 to 2013\-07\-24.
- [14V595000](/recalls/nhtsa/14V595000.md), 2014-09-24: EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. Elkhart Coach \(Elkhart\) is recalling certain model year 2006\-2014 Ford E\-350 and Ford E\-450 vehicles manufactured January 1, 2006, to May 1, 2014 and equipped with certain model S2005, S2010, S5005, S5010, S5505, and S5510 wheelchair lifts manufactured by Ricon Corporation.  The platform side plate of the affected wheelchair lifts may crack. Built 2006\-01\-01 to 2014\-05\-01.
- [14V501000](/recalls/nhtsa/14V501000.md), 2014-08-06: FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS. Adrian Steel Company \(Adrian\) is recalling certain model year 2012 Ford E\-150, E\-250 and E\-350 Commercial Cargo Vans modified by Adrian between September 21, 2012, to September 24, 2012.  The affected vehicles are equipped with certain propane fuel system conversion kits with an aluminum fuel line fitting manufactured by Roush CleanTech. Due to a reaction between the different metals, the affected kits may develop a propane leak where the aluminum fuel line fitting contacts the brass supply valve housing. Built 2012\-09\-21 to 2012\-09\-24.
- [14V426000](/recalls/nhtsa/14V426000.md), 2014-07-10: FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS. Roush Performance Products, Inc. \(Roush\) is recalling certain model year 2010\-2012 Ford E\-150 Wagons and Cargo Vans, E\-250 Cargo Vans and Extended Cargo Vans, E\-350 Wagons, Extended Wagons, Cargo Vans, and Extended Vans, and E\-450 Cutaway models. These models were modified by Roush to be equipped with certain propane fuel system conversion kits manufactured January 2011 to August 2012 with an aluminum fuel line fitting. Due to a reaction between the different metals, the affected kits may develop a propane leak where the aluminum fuel line fitting contacts the brass supply valve housing.

- [2014103](/recalls/tc/2014103.md), 2014-03-31: Airbag. Certain vehicles may not comply with Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 208 \- Occupant Protection in Frontal Impacts. Prescribed text may have been omitted from the airbag warning label in the French language only. As a result, the French\-language warning label is more restrictive than the English.   Correction:  No corrective recall action is required as this technical non\-compliance is deemed to be non\-safety related.
- [2013450](/recalls/tc/2013450.md), 2013-12-18: Tires. On certain vehicles, the factory\-installed Michelin LTX LT225/75R16 tires may experience tread belt edge separation from the tire. This would result in ride vibration or irregular wear, and could lead to a loss of tread or rapid loss of air pressure. Tire failure could cause the driver to lose vehicle control, which may result in a crash. Also, during tire failure, rapid deterioration can produce debris.  These issues could result in property damage and/or personal injury.  Correction: Retailers will replace affected tires.
