MobilityWorks \(WMK Inc.\) is recalling certain model year 2006\-2014 Ford E\-150, E\-250, and E\-350 vans modified by MobilityWorks to be equipped with certain model S2005, S2010, S5005, S5010, S5505, and S5510 wheelchair lifts manufactured by Ricon Corporation.  The affected lifts are equipped with folding link arms that may have pivot holes that are too big, allowing the bearings to move out of position. Built 2006\-01\-01 to 2014\-12\-31.

Adrian Steel Company \(Adrian\) is recalling certain model year 2012 Ford E\-150, E\-250 and E\-350 Commercial Cargo Vans modified by Adrian between September 21, 2012, to September 24, 2012.  The affected vehicles are equipped with certain propane fuel system conversion kits with an aluminum fuel line fitting manufactured by Roush CleanTech. Due to a reaction between the different metals, the affected kits may develop a propane leak where the aluminum fuel line fitting contacts the brass supply valve housing. Built 2012\-09\-21 to 2012\-09\-24.

Roush Performance Products, Inc. \(Roush\) is recalling certain model year 2010\-2012 Ford E\-150 Wagons and Cargo Vans, E\-250 Cargo Vans and Extended Cargo Vans, E\-350 Wagons, Extended Wagons, Cargo Vans, and Extended Vans, and E\-450 Cutaway models. These models were modified by Roush to be equipped with certain propane fuel system conversion kits manufactured January 2011 to August 2012 with an aluminum fuel line fitting. Due to a reaction between the different metals, the affected kits may develop a propane leak where the aluminum fuel line fitting contacts the brass supply valve housing.
- [14V097000](/recalls/nhtsa/14V097000.md), 2014-03-04: FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER:STORAGE. Landi Renzo USA is recalling certain model year 2011\-2014 Ford E\-150, E\-250, and E\-350 vehicles modified January 2, 2011, through February 24, 2014 to operate on compressed natural gas \(CNG\).  In the affected vehicles, the left and right rear brackets that support the rear CNG cylinder may fail, allowing the cylinder to dislodge from the vehicle. Built 2011\-01\-02 to 2014\-02\-24.
- [13V261000](/recalls/nhtsa/13V261000.md), 2013-06-21: EQUIPMENT. Mobility Works is recalling certain model year 2006\-2012 Ford E\-150, E\-250 and E\-350 vehicles manufactured August 2006 through August 2012.  The vehicles are equipped with certain Ricon S series and K Series wheelchair lifts with an optional armored pendant cable. The armored cable may be positioned such that it does not clear the wheelchair lift. Built 2006\-08\-01 to 2012\-08\-31.

- [2014103](/recalls/tc/2014103.md), 2014-03-31: Airbag. Certain vehicles may not comply with Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 208 \- Occupant Protection in Frontal Impacts. Prescribed text may have been omitted from the airbag warning label in the French language only. As a result, the French\-language warning label is more restrictive than the English.   Correction:  No corrective recall action is required as this technical non\-compliance is deemed to be non\-safety related.
- [2013450](/recalls/tc/2013450.md), 2013-12-18: Tires. On certain vehicles, the factory\-installed Michelin LTX LT225/75R16 tires may experience tread belt edge separation from the tire. This would result in ride vibration or irregular wear, and could lead to a loss of tread or rapid loss of air pressure. Tire failure could cause the driver to lose vehicle control, which may result in a crash. Also, during tire failure, rapid deterioration can produce debris.  These issues could result in property damage and/or personal injury.  Correction: Retailers will replace affected tires.
