Fisker Group Inc \(Fisker\) is recalling certain 2023\-2024 Ocean vehicles.  The transmission may not shift into the selected gear, allowing the vehicle to roll away while in Drive or Reverse. Built 2023\-02\-01 to 2024\-03\-13.
- [24V623000](/recalls/nhtsa/24V623000.md), 2024-08-20: SERVICE BRAKES, ELECTRIC:SOFTWARE/PROGRAMMING. Fisker Group Inc \(Fisker\) is recalling certain 2023\-2024 Ocean vehicles.  The brake module software may cause an unexpected reduction in regenerative braking, decreasing the braking performance. Built 2023\-02\-09 to 2024\-03\-13.

Fisker Group Inc \(Fisker\) is recalling all 2023\-2024 Ocean vehicles.  A communication failure with the cabin electric water pump can cause the high voltage battery management system \(BMS\) to enter limp mode, causing a loss of drive power. Built 2023\-02\-09 to 2024\-03\-13.
- [24V466000](/recalls/nhtsa/24V466000.md), 2024-06-20: STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR:HANDLE:EXTERIOR. Fisker Group Inc \(Fisker\) is recalling all 2023\-2024 Ocean vehicles.  The exterior door handles can stick and fail to open.

- [2024382](/recalls/tc/2024382.md), 2024-07-02: Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles, the electric water pump could fail and cause the vehicle to enter a reduced power mode \(limp mode\). If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels.  Safety Risk: A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Fisker will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a Fisker service center to replace the electric water pump.
- [2024361](/recalls/tc/2024361.md), 2024-06-20: Structure. Issue: On certain vehicles, the outside door handle\(s\) could become stuck and cause you not to be able to open the door\(s\).  Safety Risk: A door that can't be opened could increase the risk of injury in an emergency.  Corrective Actions: Fisker will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a Fisker service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the outside door handle\(s\).
