A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

## United States (NHTSA), as of 2026-10-19

- [25V715000](/recalls/nhtsa/25V715000.md), 2025-10-21: EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS. Chrysler \(FCA US, LLC\) is recalling certain 2024\-2025 Fiat 500e Battery Electric \(BEV\) vehicles. The headlight horizontal aim adjustment is not covered as intended, which can result in improperly adjusted headlights. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Built to 2025\-05\-23.

## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2025574](/recalls/tc/2025574.md), 2025-10-21: Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain vehicles, plugs were not installed over the horizontal headlamp adjusters. As a result, the headlamps may be adjusted horizontally. Canadian regulations don't allow for horizontal headlamp adjustment unless the vehicle is equipped with a built\-in aiming device. Safety Risk: Headlamps that aren't properly adjusted could cause reduced visibility and/or glare for oncoming drivers and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install plugs over the headlamp adjustment screws.
