- [23V329000](/recalls/nhtsa/23V329000.md), 2023-05-08: FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS. Ferrari North America, Inc. \(Ferrari\) is recalling certain 2022\-2023 Ferrari 296 vehicles.  The fuel tank connecting pipe may corrode due to unintended contact between the fuel tank connecting pipe and the high\-voltage battery protection cover, potentially resulting in a fuel leak. **NHTSA advises: do not drive until the repair is done.**

## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2023287](/recalls/tc/2023287.md), 2023-05-15: Fuel System. Issue: On certain vehicles, the fuel tank connecting pipe could contact the high\-voltage battery protection cover. As a result, the pipe could corrode and create a fuel leak.  Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire.  Corrective Actions: Ferrari will notify owners by mail. Once the repair parts are available, the company will send a second notice advising you to bring your vehicle to a dealership to replace the fuel tank connecting pipe. Ferrari recommends not to drive the vehicle until the recall repairs are completed.
