19940291994-02-10. Heater And Defroster. THE HEATER CORE END CAP MAY FAIL (SPLIT/TEAR) ALLOWING THE DISCHARGE OF COOLING SYSTEM STEAM INTO THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT WHICH MAY CAUSE REDUCED DRIVER VISIBILITY. CORRECTION: A COOLANT TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED FLUID BYPASS VALVE WILL BE INSTALLED ON AFFECTED VEHICLES. THIS VALVE WILL ISOLATE THE HEATER CORE DURING PERIODS OF HIGH COOLANT TEMPERATURE.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
