- [25V876000](/recalls/nhtsa/25V876000.md), 2025-12-17: EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:LATCH/ANCHOR:. Rollx Vans \(Rollx\) is recalling certain GMC Yukon, Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, E\-250, Toyota Sienna, Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Voyager, Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, and Ram Promaster vehicles equipped with QRT\-Deluxe and QRT\-Max wheelchair restraints. Please refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model year information. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
- [14V234000](/recalls/nhtsa/14V234000.md), 2014-05-07: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Chrysler Group, LLC \(Chrysler\) is recalling certain model year 2010\-2014 Chrysler Town and Country and Dodge Grand Caravan vehicles manufactured August 25, 2010, through October 31, 2013.  The affected vehicles may experience overheating of the vent window switch in the driver's door armrest. Built 2010\-08\-25 to 2013\-10\-31.
- [13V291000](/recalls/nhtsa/13V291000.md), 2013-07-02: AIR BAGS. Chrysler is recalling certain model year 2013 Town \& Country and Dodge Grand Caravan vehicles manufactured June 11, 2013, through June 12, 2013.  The occupant restraint control module \(ORC\) has incorrect software installed which may adversely affect air bag deployments in collisions.  Thus, these vehicles fail to conform to the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 208, "Occupant Crash Protection" and No. 214, "Side Impact Protection." Built 2013\-06\-11 to 2013\-06\-12.
- [13V283000](/recalls/nhtsa/13V283000.md), 2013-07-02: AIR BAGS; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Chrysler is recalling certain model year 2013 Town \& Country, Dodge Grand Caravan, and RAM C/V Tradesman vehicles manufactured May 10, 2012, through June 7, 2013.  A software error may result in the opposite side airbags deploying from the collision point \(a left side impact would deploy the right side airbags and vice versa\). Built 2012\-05\-10 to 2013\-06\-07.

- [2019420](/recalls/tc/2019420.md), 2019-08-21: Other. Issue: This recall is for aftermarket replacement rear window glass produced by Vitro Automotriz. Certain rear window glass may not have been properly tempered. If the window breaks, the glass may separate into large pieces instead of very small ones. Note: This is a voluntary recall that is not being conducted under the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act.  Safety Risk: Glass that breaks in to large pieces could create a risk of injury.  Corrective Actions: The company will notify consumers by mail and instruct them to inspect the designation code marked on the rear window glass. Products affected by this recall have the designation “DOT 287” along with the lettering “VMR” \(Replacement Market\) and a date code that is before July 2019. This information is printed on the bottom corner of the glass. Consumers should contact Vitro's customer service at 1\-412\-995\-6457 or argbacklites@vitro.com to arrange for replacement of the glass.
- [2018439](/recalls/tc/2018439.md), 2018-08-21: Seats And Restraints. On certain wheelchair\-accessible vehicles, the bolts used to attach the removable seats to the floor may contain a defect and could break in the event of a crash, creating a risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the defective bolts.
- [2016575](/recalls/tc/2016575.md), 2016-11-17: Fuel System. On certain Amerivan 10 wheelchair accessible vehicles built on Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town and Country platforms, the crimp fasteners used to retain fittings in the fuel line may not be fully crimped or compressed. This could result in a fuel leak. Leaking fuel, in the presence of an ignition source, could lead to a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect fasteners and crimp the fasteners further to ensure they are fully compressed and seated.
- [2015288](/recalls/tc/2015288.md), 2015-06-26: Suspension. On certain Amerivan 10 wheelchair accessible vehicles built on Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town and Country platforms, the upper rear mounts for the shock aborbers may separate from the chassis. This could affect vehicle handling, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a revised mounting bracket of a different design.
- [2014167](/recalls/tc/2014167.md), 2014-05-08: Electrical. On certain vehicles, if the vent window switch \(located in the driver's door armrest\) is exposed to liquids, it could overheat.  An overheated vent switch could result in a burning odour, smoke, or fire, increasing the risk of injury and/or property damage.  Correction: Dealers will replace the switch with an updated design.
- [2013236](/recalls/tc/2013236.md), 2013-07-04: Airbag. On certain vehicles, the Occupant Restraint Control \(ORC\) module was configured with incorrect software during the manufacturing process.  As a result, airbags may not deploy as intended during a crash \(where deployment is warranted\), which could increase the risk of personal injury to the seat occupant.  Correction: Dealers will replace the ORC module.
- [2013235](/recalls/tc/2013235.md), 2013-07-04: Airbag. Certain vehicles may experience unintended airbag deployment in some side impact collisions.  The airbag on the side opposite to the collision could deploy and could increase the risk of occupant injury.  Correction: Dealers will reprogram the Occupant Restraint Control \(ORC\) module with updated software.
