Service bulletins for the 2023 Dodge Durango

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

312 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

91005412025-04-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Key Fob "Please refer SOL ""S2408000015,"" published in July 2024, for WD key fob-related issues. Please do not replace the Key Fobs before going through the below steps. Symptom/Vehicle Issue: Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Functions Do Not Work, Intermittent Vehicle Response When Using the RKE, Key Not Programmed, Adding Remote Start Repair Procedure: If the vehicle is setting Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) relating to Passive Entry (PE) or the remote start systems use the diagnostic codes as a first step to verify no antenna related issues that may be related to key performance issues. If no codes: Before replacing the key fob, use the steps below as a guide to proper diagnostics. Using the scan tool, verify that the RFHM module data shows the vehicle has both key fobs programmed for the subject vehicle. - If the key fob brought in with an issue is different from the key fobs programmed to the vehicle (not listed in the programmed section), and it is an OEM part, follow the proper procedure to pair new/additional key fobs. If the key fob of concern is shown in the programmed list to the subject vehicle, follow the below steps prior to any warranty related key fob replacement: 1. For Fobs with or without LED: i) Remove the coin battery from the key fob. ii) With a Voltmeter, verify that the coin battery has the correct voltage. iii) If the battery is low (below 2.6V), please replace the battery. 2. Test the performance of the key fob remote signal and its battery with the ATEQ VT56 tester to ensure good signal strength. Use the distance range performance at different vehicle parked locations to further test the RKE performance. PLEASE REFER SOL FOR COMPLETE STEPS."

9100498 REV 12025-03-05. Service bulletin. ENGINE. 3.6L PSU Long Block Misfire DTC codes and/or rough idle and/or valvetrain noise. These conditions may be related to worn intake camshaft high lift lobe(s), and intake rocker arm(s) high lift slider. High mileage failure (10,000-60,000 miles). 1. Remove the valve cover(s) per the released service procedures. The use of a stethoscope or DTC specific cylinder misfire codes can help to locate the condition to the left or right bank. 2. Once it has been visually confirmed that there is wear on the high lift intake lobe(s) & rocker arm(s) slider, there is a special service kit for this type of repair which should be used, instead of replacing the complete engine/long block. This kit contains the parts required for the repair (intake cam, rocker arms, sealer and gaskets). Once it is confirmed that the repair will be done using the camshaft/Rocker arms kit, it is also important to confirm that the vehicle being repaired has the latest calibration/software update for oil pump operation mode (high pressure mode) during engine start up. RU, VF, WL & WD vehicles already include the latest oil pump mode in all 25MY and beyond. 24MY service releases are also available. JL & JT were updated as a running change in 24MY and beyond (08/15/24 & 08/19/24 respectively). 24MY service releases available. DT was updated starting 25MY and beyond. If the vehicle to be repaired is a 24MY vehicle with a service release available, please follow the released service procedures to update to the corresponding calibration/software update.
