L25 Interim Repair Procedure Brazil ONLY Upon starting the vehicle the Frequency Operated Button Ignition Key (FOBIK), may not fully seat in the ?ON? position. If not fully seated, under certain operating conditions (for example bumpy roads) the FOBIK could inadvertently move to the ?Accessory? mode. This could cause unintended engine shut off and the passive restraint systems, including the airbags to shut off. This could increase the risk of a crash under certain driving conditions and increase the risk of occupant injury during a crash. Chrysler intends to repair the vehicle free of charge (parts and labor). However, the part required to provide a permanent remedy for this condition is currently not available. NOTE: Chrysler is making every effort to provide the part as quickly as possible.

Sliding Door Trim Contacting Vehicle Rear Quarter This bulletin depending on production date, involves either installing or engaging an additional door panel retention point to prevent the door panel from bowing and contacting the body when the sliding door is opened. The customer may experience a door trim panel contacting the quarter panel on either side when opening either of the sliding doors.

Part Description: Upper and Lower Sliding Door Rollers Issue Description: If you are replacing this part for a NOISE condition, please perform the following procedure:~ 1. Cycle the sliding door to open, then close and inspect the upper track for hinge trim line contact to stud head contact.~ 2. Adjust the upper hinge accordingly to provide adequate clearance from the trim line to the stud heads in the track. See the Service Manual for hinge torque specification.~ 3. Apply a pea size amount of Krytox Lube (Service Part Number 05019060AA) to the upper and lower track at locations.

90016452018-05-21. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:EXHAUST SYSTEM:MANIFOLD/HEADER/MUFFLER/TAIL PIPE. Part Description: Short Runner Valve (Actuator) Issue Description: Issue 1~ JC,JS '08-09MY 3.5L only~ Caution - Do not replace the intake manifold for a short runner valve (SRV) fault (P1004 / P2008 / P2016 / P2017) or for a manifold tuning valve (MTV) fault (P1005 / P2077 / P2078). Instead follow the service procedure to investigate P codes associated with diagnosis of the SRV or MTV, then cycle the actuator using a diagnostic tool and verify that the PWM output is 50 (+ 2%) de-energized and 80 (+ 2 %) energized. If no problems observed, then idle the vehicle and verify the correct PWM output (50 + 2% PWM). Replace the actuator if you do not get the desired output. Issue 2~ If the SRV actuator or intake manifold is being replaced for a P1004 Short Runner Valve Performance fault code and the vehicle was built prior to 2/5/07 , technicians must complete the module reflash and verification test per TSB 18-003-07 REV. A to ensure the parts need to be replaced. Please reference TSB 18-003-07 REV. A for specific details on the procedure.
