Braun Corporation \(Braun\) is recalling certain 2023\-2026 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. Built 2025\-11\-25 to 2026\-05\-05.

The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Chrysler \(FCA US, LLC\) is recalling certain 2024\-2025 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles. The vehicles were built with an incorrect radio, which can cause the rearview camera image not to display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 111, "Rear Visibility." Built from 2024\-08\-26.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

The seat limiter may not have been installed, allowing the seat to move too far forward.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
- [24V240000](/recalls/nhtsa/24V240000.md), 2024-03-28: TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM. Chrysler \(FCA US, LLC\) is recalling certain 2024 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles.  The traction control system \(TCS\) does not function when cruise control is activated.
- [24V238000](/recalls/nhtsa/24V238000.md), 2024-03-28: VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD:CRITICAL FASTENERS. Chrysler \(FCA US, LLC\) is recalling certain 2024 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles.  The windshield may not have been properly bonded to the vehicle, allowing it to detach during a crash.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 212, "Windshield Mounting."
- [24V199000](/recalls/nhtsa/24V199000.md), 2024-03-14: AIR BAGS:FRONTAL:DRIVER CLOCKSPRING/SPIRAL CASSETTE; STEERING:COLUMN. Chrysler \(FCA US, LLC\) \(Stellantis\) is recalling certain 2023\-2024 Ram 1500, Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Wagoneer, Jeep Grand Wagoneer, Chrysler Pacifica, Ram 3500, Ram 3500 cab chassis, Ram 2500, Ram 4500 cab chassis, Ram 5500 cab chassis, 2023 Jeep Gladiator, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Grand Cherokee L, Ram 3500 Cab Chassis with a GVWR less than 10,000 lbs., and Chrysler Voyager vehicles.  The steering column control module may not be welded properly, which can prevent the driver's air bag from deploying in a crash.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

- [2026141](/recalls/tc/2026141.md), 2026-03-26: Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the side curtain airbag\(s\) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the airbag\(s\) may not inflate properly in a crash. Note: This is an expansion of Transport Canada recalls 2025\-291 and 2025\-454.  Safety Risk: A side curtain airbag that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash.  Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the side curtain airbag\(s\), as necessary.

Issue: On certain vehicles converted for wheelchair access by Vantage Mobility, the wheelchair tie\-down retractors may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the retractor\(s\) may not lock automatically. If this happens, the wheelchair may not be secured correctly and could move in a crash. Note: This recall only affects certain Q'Straint QRT\-DELUXE and QRT\-MAX wheelchair retractors with the part number Q8\-6200 or Q8\-6209.  Safety Risk: A wheelchair that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury.  Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Vantage Mobility recommends you confirm the wheelchair is secured properly by attempting to move it before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. Vantage Mobility will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a Vantage Mobility service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the wheelchair retractor\(s\).

Issue: On certain vehicles converted for wheelchair access by BraunAbility, the wheelchair tie\-down retractors may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the retractor\(s\) may not lock automatically. If this happens, the wheelchair may not be secured correctly and could move in a crash. Note: This recall only affects certain Q'Straint QRT\-DELUXE and QRT\-MAX wheelchair retractors with the part number Q8\-6200 or Q8\-6209.  Safety Risk: A wheelchair that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury.  Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, BraunAbility recommends you confirm the wheelchair is secured properly by attempting to move it before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. BraunAbility will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a BraunAbility service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the wheelchair retractor\(s\).

Issue: On certain vehicles converted for wheelchair access by BraunAbility, the occupant restraint tie\-down pucks may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the tie\-down pucks could become loose and detach in a crash.  Safety Risk: Tie\-down pucks that detach in a crash could increase the risk of injury.  Corrective Actions: BraunAbility will notify owners by mail and advise you to take you vehicle to a BraunAbility service center to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the occupant restraint tie\-down pucks.
- [2025291](/recalls/tc/2025291.md), 2025-05-29: Airbag. Issue: On certain vehicles, the side curtain airbag\(s\) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the airbag\(s\) may not inflate properly in a crash.  Safety Risk: A side curtain airbag that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash.  Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.
- [2024548](/recalls/tc/2024548.md), 2024-08-15: Label. Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French.  Safety Risk: This error does not affect vehicle safety.  Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles.
- [2024198](/recalls/tc/2024198.md), 2024-03-28: Brakes. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the traction control system to turn off when the cruise control is activated.  Safety Risk: A traction control system that doesn't work correctly could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the traction control system software.
- [2024170](/recalls/tc/2024170.md), 2024-03-14: Airbag. Issue: On certain vehicles, the steering column control module may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the driver\-front airbag may not inflate in a crash. Note: This problem would cause the airbag warning light to turn on.  Safety Risk: An airbag that is turned off could increase the risk of injury in a crash.  Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the steering column control module.
