Dealer should verify witch charging outlet is installed at the customer?s home. If the customer is using a SPX Power Xpress level 2 (240 volt) charger, please have them contact SPX using the phone number on the front of the charge unit, as a charge unit calibration is available that may correct the concern. For all other Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment's make sure the customer has the outlet and circuit tested by a certified electrician. |
