20212122021-04-09. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the flexible steel cable that connects the seat belt to the outboard side of the driver's seat may have been replaced with an incorrect part during a previous repair. Over time, this cable could flex and may eventually break. If this happens, the seat belt could detach in a crash. Note: This recall only affects certain vehicles that had the driver's seat belt pretensioner replaced after a previous recall repair (recall 2016-153 or 2018-233). Safety Risk: A seat belt that detaches in a crash could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: General Motors will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the driver's outboard seat belt pretensioner assembly.
20182332018-05-04. Seats And Restraints. On certain Police and Special Service vehicles, the flexible steel cable that connects the driver's seat belt to the vehicle structure at the outboard position can fatigue over time and could separate, increasing the risk of injury in a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the pretensioner cable and seat side shield.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
