- [1992109](/recalls/tc/1992109.md), 1992-09-04: Suspension. On certain P3\-42 chassis, the 19.5 X 6 front steel wheel discs may exhibit circumferential cracking which if undetected could cause the rim portion of the wheel to separate inboard resulting in a possible vehicle crash.  Correction: All wheels \(including spare wheel if one exists\) will be replaced with newly designed wheels.
