VEHICLES BUILT WITH VACUUM HARNESS 12553223 WILL NOT REQUIRE ANY MODIFICATION. VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH VACUUM HARNESS 12554393 WILL REQUIRE THE TIE STRAP.
