19900911990-06-19. Seats And Restraints. On certain vehicles, the seat belt buckle assemblies may not latch or release due to fracture of the red push button. This would prevent a person from using his or her seat belt thereby increasing the risk of injury in the event of a sudden stop or collision. Correction: Seat belt buckles will be inspected and defective assemblies will be replaced.
19881551988-11-10. Seats And Restraints. NOTE: CAMARO CONVERTIBLES ONLY VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN PRODUCED WITH REAR INBOARD SEAT BELTS THAT ARE TOO LONG. IN THE EVENT OF A VEHICLE CRASH, THIS CONDITION COULD INCREASE THE RISK OF INJURY TO OCCUPANTS IN THE REAR SEAT POSITIONS. CORRECTION: BOTH REAR INBOARD SEAT BELTS WILL BE REPLACED ON INVOLVED VEHICLES.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
