Service bulletins for the 2023 Cadillac CT4

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

22-NA-0742022-12-03. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. This service bulletin provides service information to technicians on guidelines to replace Oil Cooler, Oil Cooler Lines and Oil Tank if the engine was replaced where large amounts of debris has flowed throughout the oiling system.
PIP58872022-11-21. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. This Preliminary information communicates the possibility of a normal balance shaft gear whine noise to exist in the engine and is normally most audible at or above 1500rpm. This noise does not create any reliabilty or durability issues with the engine.
PIT59462022-11-21. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. This Preliminary information communicates a diagnostic tip on how to resolve a issue with the Body Control Module setting DTC: P0606 and turning on a Check Engine Lamp.
N212354520-022022-11-18. Service bulletin. SEATS. Customer Satisfaction Program. Due to the industry-wide semiconductor shortage, the front heated/ventilated seats, front heated seats, or rear heated seats are not functional on certain 2022-2023 model year vehicles listed above, built beginning November 15, 2021. The affected vehicle owners should have been made aware of the condition at sale, and notified that once parts are available, they would be eligible for a no additional cost retrofit to enable the feature. Dealers are to replace the front seat heater control module, reprogram the body control module and on some vehicles, reprogram the HVAC control module. Note: Some vehicles may also require an additional retrofit of the Left and Right Front Seat Cushion Ventilation Blower in order to restore full functionality of the ventilated seats. Vehicles built with this condition can be identified by RPO 04O. Use IVH to verify if the vehicle is currently eligible in the Front Seat Cushion Vent Blowers Retrofit bulletin N222378560. If so, both retrofits should be performed at the same time.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
