## United States (NHTSA), as of 2026-10-19

- [17V267000](/recalls/nhtsa/17V267000.md), 2017-04-21: SUSPENSION:REAR. General Motors LLC \(C\) is recalling certain 2017 Buick LaCrosse vehicles. The rear suspension toe\-links may have been incorrectly installed, and, as a result, they may loosen and disconnect from the rear suspension system. Built 2016\-04\-07 to 2016\-10\-19.
- [17V116000](/recalls/nhtsa/17V116000.md), 2017-02-23: STEERING:ELECTRIC POWER ASSIST SYSTEM. General Motors LLC \(GM\) is recalling certain 2017 Buick LaCrosse vehicles. The electrical connectors for the Electronic Power Steering \(EPS\) system may not be properly sealed. As a result, water may enter and corrode the connectors possibly resulting in a loss of power steering. Built 2016\-08\-23 to 2016\-11\-02.

## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2017222](/recalls/tc/2017222.md), 2017-04-21: Suspension. On certain vehicles, the rear\-suspension toe\-links may have been installed incorrectly \(i.e., in the reverse direction\). If a toe\-link is installed in this incorrect direction, the bolt at the outboard attachment could come loose and fall out over time, which could cause the toe\-link to disconnect from the rear\-suspension system. If a rear\-suspension toe\-link becomes disconnected, the driver may lose the ability to control the vehicle, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and reorient the toe\-links as required.
- [2017097](/recalls/tc/2017097.md), 2017-02-24: Steering. On certain vehicles, the cable seal of one or both of the electric power steering \(EPS\) connectors may not be properly seated which could allow water to enter and corrode the connections. This could lead to increased resistance in the EPS circuit which could result in intermittent or permanent loss of the steering assist. A loss of power steering assist could unexpectedly increase steering effort which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will ensure the connector is fully seated and secure it in place.
