B5207202020-11-23. Service bulletin. SEATS. SEAT HEATING NOT ACTIVATED WHEN ENGINE IS STARTED USING REMOTE STARTING SYSTEM: When preheating/precooling the vehicle via the remote starting system (Remote Engine Start), the seat heating on the driver's side is not activated.
B5206202020-11-23. Service bulletin. SEATS. HOLE IN LEATHER AT SIDE LOCK BOLT, 2ND ROW 60/40 SPLIT BENCH SEAT: There is a visible hole in the leather of the 2nd row of seats. The hole is located on the side lock bolt of the left rear seat backrest. The rear seat backrest in the 2nd row of seats can be folded down as follows: 40 - 20 -40 The fault pattern is only visible when the rear seat backrest is folded down. The hole in the seat cover is slightly larger than specified (2nd row of seats).

CREAKING NOISE FROM REAR INTERIOR: A creaking sound can be heard from the inside of the rear of the vehicle on either side, around the rear seat backrests at the floor. Most commonly, this noise is a short series (2 or 3 times) of creaking or popping sounds coming from the area shown below, during acceleration from standstill: Interference between two sheet metal panels just below the rear seat bracket.
