- [08V564000](/recalls/nhtsa/08V564000.md), 2008-10-23: SUSPENSION. BMW IS RECALLING 365 MY 2005\-2006 HP2 ENDURO MOTORCYCLES.  THE FRONT THREADED FASTENER OF THE PARALEVER LINK MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TIGHTENED TO CORRECT SPECIFICATIONS.  IF THE FASTENER WAS NOT TIGHTENED ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS, IT COULD LOOSEN.  OVER TIME, IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE FASTENER TO SEPARATE FROM ITS HOUSING.  IF THIS WERE TO OCCUR, THEN THE FINAL DRIVE OF THE MOTORCYCLE WOULD NOT BE PROPERLY SUPPORTED. Built 2004\-08\-16 to 2006\-08\-03.

- [2008418](/recalls/tc/2008418.md), 2008-11-19: Lights And Instruments. Certain motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108 \- Lamps, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment.  The front turn signals were installed in an improper location.  As a result, the rider's intentions to turn may not be conveyed clearly to other road users, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury or death.  Correction: Dealers will replace the turn signal base.
