Recalls that may apply to the 2021 BMW G 310 R

A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
None found.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20210492021-02-05. Electrical. Issue: On certain motorcycles, a software problem in the electronic control unit (ECU) may cause damage to the starter motor or starter relay. If this happens, the rider may not be able to start the engine. Safety Risk: Being unable to start the engine under certain circumstances, such as after an engine stall at a traffic light, could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: None of the affected vehicles have been sold to retail customers. BMW will instruct dealers to update the ECU software and replace the battery, if necessary.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
