- [19V593000](/recalls/nhtsa/19V593000.md), 2019-08-14: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:FOUNDATION COMPONENTS:DISC:CALIPER. BMW of North America, LLC \(BMW\) is recalling certain 2019 C 400 X, 2018\-2020 G 310 GS, and 2017\-2020 G 310 R scooters and motorcycles.  The front and rear brake caliper pistons may corrode, possibly causing the piston to stick or drag in the caliper bore. Built 2016\-10\-12 to 2019\-07\-29.

- [2019405](/recalls/tc/2019405.md), 2019-08-13: Brakes. Issue: Over time, the front and rear brake calipers on certain motorcycles could corrode. As a result, the brake piston to could stick inside its cylinder bore. This would affect brake performance.  Safety Risk: Reduced brake performance can cause increased stopping distances and create the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to replace the front and rear brake calipers with improved parts.
