B5130162018-11-05. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY:TAILGATE; STRUCTURE:BODY:TRUNK LID. TAILGATE UNINTENTIONALLY OPENS. Trunk/tailgate may open when vehicle is locked. Trunk/tailgate may open while the vehicle is in motion. Usually after stopping, such as a traffic light etc. Vehicle key trunk/tailgate button may accidentally be pressed, thus opening the tailgate.

Water drips into luggage compartment when the trunk lid is lifted (also see attached video below). www.tinyurl.com/F30trunk trunk lid making sure it flows over the taillight. Open the trunk lid within one minute of pouring water over taillight. Water trapped between the tail light module and the body of the vehicle.
B5138162018-11-05. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE. SERVICE ACTION: LEFT SIDE DOORS MAY NOT OPEN FROM OUTSIDE. Left side doors (front and/or rear) may not be able to be opened from the outside. Bowden cable may twist and come loose from the bracket on the outside door handle support.

The sound insulation on the right side rear door may not have been bonded properly. The right rear door sound insulation may not have been applied correctly and can cause water leaks.
