- [25V447000](/recalls/nhtsa/25V447000.md), 2025-07-02: PARKING BRAKE. Shyft Group \(Shyft\) is recalling certain 2024\-2025 Blue ARC BA4L\-800 vehicles. The spacer for the brake caliper may be too big, resulting in an increased air gap. Built to 2025\-04\-18.

Shyft Group \(Shyft\) is recalling certain Blue Arc BA4L\-800 vehicles equipped with Aries LFP battery packs.  The battery pack may be improperly sealed and allow liquid to enter the battery. Built 2025\-01\-27 to 2025\-02\-25.
- [25V142000](/recalls/nhtsa/25V142000.md), 2025-03-05: EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS. Shyft Group \(Shyft\) is recalling certain 2024\-2025 Blue Arc BA4L\-800 vehicles.  The headlight horizontal adjustment stud is missing a cover, allowing for horizontal adjustment of the headlight beam.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
