- [04V130000](/recalls/nhtsa/04V130000.md), 2004-03-16: FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM. ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES AND LIMOUSINES, THE FUEL FEED LINE QUICK CONNECTOR MAY DISENGAGE, ALLOWING FUEL LEAKAGE. Built 2001\-09\-01 to 2004\-02\-29.
- [03V367000](/recalls/nhtsa/03V367000.md), 2003-10-06: FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS. ON CERTAIN PASSENGER AND LIMOUSINE VEHICLES, CONTACT CAN OCCUR BETWEEN A BRAKE PIPE OR FUEL PIPE AND THE ANTILOCK BRAKING SYSTEM \(ABS\) MODULATOR PUMP. SHOULD THIS HAPPEN, IT COULD RESULT IN EVENTUAL ABRASIVE DAMAGE TO EITHER PIPE, LEADING TO POSSIBLE LEAKAGE. Built 2002\-02\-15 to 2003\-07\-24.
- [03V127000](/recalls/nhtsa/03V127000.md), 2003-04-01: STEERING:HYDRAULIC POWER ASSIST:HOSE, PIPING, AND CONNECTIONS. THE FLEXIBLE HOSE CARRYING CENTRAL HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID BETWEEN THE REGULATOR AND THE ACCUMULATOR COULD LEAK. Built 2002\-11\-06 to 2003\-01\-14.

## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2004093](/recalls/tc/2004093.md), 2004-03-12: Fuel System. On certain vehicles, the potential exists, following disconnection, for the quick connector not to be fully re\-engaged. This would eventually result in a loss of fuel that, in the presence of an ignition sources, creates a risk of a vehicle fire. Disconnection is a requirement for some service operations. Correction: Dealer will remove the quick release collar, ensure full engagement and fit a safety clip.
- [2003237](/recalls/tc/2003237.md), 2003-10-03: Fuel System. On certain vehicles, the fuel pipe in the engine compartment may be out of position. This could cause a foul with either an adjacent brake pipe or modulator pump, which could result in eventual abrasive damage to either pipe and possible leakage. Correction: Dealer will reposition and replace affected components as required.
- [2003088](/recalls/tc/2003088.md), 2003-03-31: Brakes. On certain vehicles, the flexible hose carrying central hydraulic system \(CHS\) fluid between the regulator and the accumulator could leak. Leaking CHS fluid could deplete the reservoir and in an extreme case, cause a loss of power assist to the steering and brake systems. Correction: Dealer will replace the CHS fluid hose.
