- [23V023000](/recalls/nhtsa/23V023000.md), 2023-01-23: PARKING BRAKE. Autocar, LLC \(Autocar\) is recalling certain 2012\-2016 Xpert, 2010\-2020 Xspotter, 2008\-2020 Xpeditor, 2008\-2010 WXLL and WX vehicles.  A worn parking brake control valve can leak air into the vent line, creating excessive back pressure and causing the parking brake to release unexpectedly.
- [19V091000](/recalls/nhtsa/19V091000.md), 2019-02-15: PARKING BRAKE:CONVENTIONAL:AIR. Autocar, LLC \(Autocar\) is recalling certain 2008\-2019 Xpeditor vehicles.  The affected vehicles are equipped with undersized brake chambers, possibly allowing the truck to roll when parked.  As a result, the vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 121, "Air brake systems." Built 2008\-04\-18 to 2019\-01\-26.
- [15V443000](/recalls/nhtsa/15V443000.md), 2015-07-10: EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER. Autocar, LLC \(Autocar\) is recalling certain model year 2015\-2016 Xpeditor vehicles manufactured November 18, 2014, to July 6, 2015.  The affected vehicles are equipped with heating, ventilation and air conditioning \(HVAC\) units whose defrost mode door actuators may overheat. Built 2009\-06\-23 to 2012\-08\-28.
- [15V280000](/recalls/nhtsa/15V280000.md), 2015-05-13: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE. Autocar, LLC \(Autocar\) is recalling certain model year 2008\-2016 Xpeditor vehicles manufactured July 30, 2007, to April 29, 2015.  Excessive engine crankcase pressures may cause the 90\-degree elbow of the vent tube assembly to detach from the crankcase ventilation breather, possibly allowing engine oil to come into contact with hot surfaces. Built 2007\-07\-30 to 2015\-04\-29.
- [12V394000](/recalls/nhtsa/12V394000.md), 2012-08-13: SEAT BELTS:FRONT:RETRACTOR. Autocar is recalling certain model year 2008\-2012 Xpeditor heavy\-duty class 8 vehicles, manufactured from December 17, 2007, through July 10, 2012 and equipped with a right\-hand \(passenger\-side\) Bostrom air\-ride seat.  The seatbelt and tether intermediate connection point \(ICP\) located on the seat bracket may interfere with the seatbelt retractor mechanism as the seat is pneumatically adjusted for height.  Over time, the interference may cause the retractor mechanism cover to crack, allowing the retractor spring to become loose and inoperable.  Thus, these vehicles fail to conform to the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 208, "Occupant Crash Protection." Built 2007\-12\-17 to 2012\-07\-10.

- [2012294](/recalls/tc/2012294.md), 2012-08-30: Seats And Restraints. On certain trucks equipped with a right\-hand \(passenger\-side\) Bostrom air\-ride seat, the seat bracket intermediate connection point may interfere with the seatbelt retractor mechanism.  This could cause the retractor cover to crack, allowing the retractor spring to become loose and inoperable.  Failure of the seatbelt to restrain the seat occupant as intended would increase the risk of personal injury during a crash.  Correction: Dealers will replace the seat bracket with an updated version, and install a new passenger side seatbelt retractor mechanism.
