Although the correct amount of oil was added to the engine during an oil change service, a check of the oil level shows that the oil level is not okay. When an unapproved aftermarket speed-filling device is used to add oil to the engine, the increased oil flow rate may force oil into the intake manifold or combustion chamber, creating the potential for engine damage.

Noises and inconsistent engine operation after cold start during the catalyst heating phase. The customer may misinterpret these symptoms as engine misfiring. This bulletin applies only to non-diesel engines.
PDI - 2016 A5 Ca2017-10-25. Service bulletin. ENGINE. This document contains the Audi pre-delivery inspection checklist. All items must be completed prior to customer delivery by an Audi technician. ALL PDI function tests must be run in Guided Fault Finding (GFF) only. It is advised to start ODIS with the engine running to enable all 5F Test Plans in GFF and also to ensure SVM sees all control units during the SVM check vehicle configuration.
