Since the tester will not list year 2017, select this vehicle as MY 2016 instead and then select the correct engine code. This way all of the correct Guided Fault Finding function test will be available to repair this vehicle.
AWA-15-132017-11-17. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. During the launch of the all-new 2017 Audi Q7, authorized Audi dealers must participate in the Audi Q7 Launch Allowance Program. A Technical Assistance Center (TAC) ticket must be created prior to any repair related to the Audi Q7, and each ticket must include diagnostic logs and a detailed summary for each customer concern. The ticket must be activated by calling the TAC for further instructions; the case number assigned must be recorded on the repair order. The concern must be corrected after authorization. Findings must be reported to close the TAC ticket. Part(s) replaced under warranty and requested by the Warranty Parts Return Center (WPRC) must be sent to the WPRC (use the Audi Prepaid Freight Program) within 48 hours after completing the repair.

DO NOT use accessories (radio, etc.) while performing detail, as this can discharge the battery. Refer to TSB 2009967 for Detailer responsibilities, specific use of chemicals, and for part numbers to order materials. Only operate power convertible top with engine running to conserve battery power (A3 Cab, A5/S5 Cab, R8 Spyder ONLY). DO NOT allow convertible top to remain in a partially opened or partially closed position for longer than 5 minutes. This will cause the top to stop functioning and will require service (A3 Cab, A5/S5 Cab, R8 Spyder ONLY). DO NOT treat vehicle parts painted with matte finish paint with conventional polishing materials or hard wax. Specific matte paint care products can be found in the Touch Up Paint and Service Supplies eStore in Access Audi. Use of conventional polishes and waxes can destroy the matte finish effect.
