A171566 2040644-2018-03-13. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 17 number 15-64 dated June 3, 2015. A metallic whistling or grinding sound is heard from the engine compartment when the vehicle is at idle speed. The sound usually only occurs when the engine is warm. The MIL is sporadically on. DTCs are stored in the ECM. A leak in the crankcase breather module (pressure regulating valve) can cause this condition.

Clutch is not operating properly. Clutch has a burnt smell. Clutch pedal does not fully return to starting position. Incorrect shifting, the revolutions of clutch plate and engine input shaft differ too much, excessive slipping of the clutch, and when the clutch is pressed and an incorrect lower gear is selected, can result in clutch damage.

The trunk cannot be unlocked with the button on the remote, with the button in the driver?s door panel, or with the handle on the lid of the trunk. Vehicles have a ?VALET? button in the glove box that activates the valet parking feature, which prevents unauthorized access to the trunk. When the valet parking feature is activated, the trunk can only be opened mechanically with the key.
