- [06V403000](/recalls/nhtsa/06V403000.md), 2006-10-23: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION:SWITCH. ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, AS A RESULT OF A PROBLEM IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF THE IGNITION SWITCH, THE ANCHOR POINT OF THE SPRING MAY CRACK. THIS COULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE THE RETURN SPRING FORCE TO BE INSUFFICIENT FOR RETURNING THE IGNITION KEY TO THE RUNNING POSITION AFTER STARTING THE ENGINE. Built 1995\-10\-01 to 1997\-08\-31.
- [00V317000](/recalls/nhtsa/00V317000.md), 2000-10-11: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION:SWITCH. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES. THE PLASTIC IGNITION SWITCH HOUSING CAN FRACTURE AT THE RETURN SPRING ANCHOR POINT. FRACTURE OF THE HOUSING COULD CAUSE THE RETURN SPRING FORCE TO BE INSUFFICIENT FOR RETURNING THE IGNITION KEY TO THE RUNNING POSITION AFTER STARTING THE ENGINE. Built 1995\-10\-01 to 1997\-08\-31.
- [97V175000](/recalls/nhtsa/97V175000.md), 1997-10-08: AIR BAGS:FRONTAL. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES. THE DISCHARGE OF STATIC ELECTRICITY UNDER LOW HUMIDITY CONDITIONS CAN ACTIVATE THE DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG WHEN THE DRIVER ENTERS OR EXITS THE VEHICLE AND FORMS AN ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT BY TOUCHING CERTAIN AREAS OF THE STEERING WHEEL. Built 1994\-07\-01 to 1996\-09\-30.
- [96V088000](/recalls/nhtsa/96V088000.md), 1996-05-23: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:HORN. THE HORN CAN WORK ONLY INTERMITTENTLY DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ELECTRICAL GROUND CONTACT. Built 1995\-09\-01 to 1996\-01\-01.

- [2006275](/recalls/tc/2006275.md), 2006-10-20: Airbag. On certain vehicles, the ignition switch return spring anchor point may crack. If this happens, the return spring force may be insufficient for returning the ignition key to the running position after starting the engine. This condition causes electrical accessories such as windshield wipers and headlights to become inoperative. Correction: Dealers will install an updated ignition switch.
- [2000238](/recalls/tc/2000238.md), 2000-10-23: Electrical. On certain vehicles, the plastic ignition switch housing may fracture at the return spring anchor point. Fracture of the housing could cause the return spring force to be insufficient for returning the ignition key to the running position after starting the engine. This condition causes electrical accessories such as windshield wipers and headlights to become inoperative. Correction: Ignition switch will be replaced with a modified switch.
- [1997176](/recalls/tc/1997176.md), 1997-10-10: Seats And Restraints. THE DISCHARGE OF STATIC ELECTRICITY UNDER LOW HUMIDITY CONDITIONS COULD ACTIVATE THE DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG WHEN THE DRIVER ENTERS OR EXITS THE VEHICLE AND FORMS AN ELECTRICAL SHORT CIRCUIT BY TOUCHING CERTAIN AREAS OF THE STEERING WHEEL. ACTIVATION OF THE AIR BAG UNDER THESE CONDITIONS COULD CAUSE INJURY. CORRECTION: A GROUND WIRE WILL BE INSTALLED ON AFFECTED VEHICLES.
- [1996092](/recalls/tc/1996092.md), 1996-06-19: Steering. THE HORN MAY IN SOME INSTANCES, WORK ONLY INTERMITTENTLY DUE TO INSUFFICIENT GROUND CONTACT. THIS CONDITION WOULD PREVENT A DRIVER FROM SOUNDING A WARNING BY USING THE HORN. CORRECTION: A GROUND CONTACT SPRING WILL BE INSTALLED TO ENHANCE THE GROUND CONNECTION:
