Customer feels vibration in the seat, vehicle floor, footwell, pedals, or steering wheel. This condition does not lead to any handling concerns or loss of vehicle control. Customer feels the vibration while driving at highway speeds from 55 ? 80 mph (88 ? 128 km/h). This bulletin is not applicable if this vehicle has a Repair Authorization on this topic. If an applicable Repair Authorization is not followed, the claim will not be paid.
A011491 2028842-2017-12-05. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Customer vehicle is fitted with unauthorized ECM tuning. All systems on Audi vehicles are engineered to work together using the factory calibrations, which have been extensively tested and validated before the vehicle is released for sale. The Audi warranty coverage is based on the results of developing the vehicle under the factory calibration. If a vehicle is equipped with unauthorized hardware or software tuning, it can cause stress on vehicle components outside of intended design limits, and can cause damage and additional wear. Subsequently, factory powertrain warranty coverage is reduced or voided.

The customer would like to change the MMI system language to a different language that is not already supported by MMI. When a song is being played and the track information for that song contains foreign language characters, the driver information system (DIS) in the cluster correctly displays the characters, but the MMI display does not.

The Audi MMI system will not play audio files from an SD card. The MMI system does not recognize the audio files on the SD card. The MMI system reports that the audio files on the SD card are damaged. The audio files on the SD card will play on one Audi vehicle, but will not play on a different Audi vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with RNS-E, Concert Radio with SD card slot, MMI3G, MMI3G+, or MIB.

PDI - 2016 A4 TE2017-11-17. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. This document contains the Audi pre-delivery inspection checklist. All items must be completed prior to customer delivery by an Audi technician. Audi recommends using an Audi approved battery charger to prevent excessive battery discharge during inspection. ALL PDI function tests must be run in Guided Fault Finding (GFF) only. Do NOT use Guided Functions for any PDI related test as these will not be uploaded to the Paperless Server. Refer to the Special functions tab of ODIS Diagnosis for using GFF for PDI function tests. It is advised to start ODIS with the engine running to enable all 5F Test Plans in GFF and also to ensure SVM sees all control units during the SVM check vehicle configuration. Please contact your Audi dealer" is displayed in the driver information panel when in the SiriusXM band. Audio from the satellite radio is present. DTC 02617 (Satellite antenna) is stored in the radio (address word 56) with fault code 11 (Open circuit). Visually, the MMI and MIB antennas are the same, but each antenna draws a different amount of current. For this reason, if an MIB antenna has been installed on a vehicle with an MMI radio, it causes an open circuit DTC. The open circuit DTC will be set on an MMI radio if the current draw from the antenna falls below 60mA . A MIB antenna draws 55mA (+/- 10mA) 4G0-035-503-K. A MMI antenna draws 110mA (+/- 10mA) 4G0-035-503-J.

This bulletin applies to any repair that requires replacement of the air conditioning compressor. Any replacement of A/C compressors?regardless of the reason for failure?must include an ODIS GFF cooling performance test plan of the A/C system with documentation of the recovered refrigerant volume. This GFF test plan requirement is mandatory without exception.
