- [26V479000](/recalls/nhtsa/26V479000.md), 2026-07-24: SUSPENSION:CRITICAL FASTENERS; SUSPENSION:REAR:SPRINGS:LEAF SPRING ASSEMBLY:HANGER/BRACKET. ARBOC Specialty Vehicles, LLC \(ARBOC\) is recalling certain 2017\-2026 Spirit of Independence transit buses. The wrong size washers may have been installed on the rear spring hanger bolts. Built 2017\-01\-16 to 2026\-07\-17.

- [2026363](/recalls/tc/2026363.md), 2026-07-24: Suspension. Issue: On certain buses, the wrong washers may have been installed on the rear leaf spring hangers.  As a result, the leaf spring could detach from the hanger. This could lead to poor handling and a loss of vehicle control.  Safety Risk: A loss of control could create the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: ARBOC will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to replace the washers on the rear leaf spring hangers.
