- [21V502000](/recalls/nhtsa/21V502000.md), 2021-07-01: ENGINE. Aprilia is recalling certain 2021 RS 660 and Tuono 660 motorcycles.  The engine crankshaft connecting rod may break due to improper heat\-treatment.

- [2021414](/recalls/tc/2021414.md), 2021-07-02: Engine. Issue: On certain motorcycles, the engine connecting rods could break and cause an engine failure. This could cause a sudden loss of power with an inability to restart.  Safety Risk: An engine failure could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Aprilia will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer replace the engine. Aprilia advises that you should not ride your motorcycle until the recall repairs have been completed, except to take it to the dealer for this repair.
