Service bulletins for the 2026 Aprilia Tuono 660

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

2 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

A_260023_RC_EN2026-02-10. Service campaign. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Dear Dealer / Service Centre / Authorised Workshop, Through the ongoing, stringent quality control activities we perform on the components installed on our vehicles and our continuous research to develop better new technical solutions, in keeping with our commitment to ensure the best ownership experience possible for the customer, we hereby wish to inform you of the need to replace the left hand grip of the vehicles in question. One of the materials used by one of our suppliers to manufacture the left hand grip of the vehicles affected by this campaign does not conform to the required specifications. Please determine which vehicles in your stock or sold/serviced by you require this update, and: • update all vehicles in stock before sale • update vehicles that have already been sold at the first available opportunity. As usual, for sell-in dealers, the list of chassis numbers involved belonging to your stock is viewable in the section Campaigns / Campaign Reports of the PWM warranty management software suite. For all others, the verification of those involved can be carried out by querying each individual chassis number from the Miscellaneous functions -> PWM Vehicle History menu.
A_250254_TC_EN2025-05-08. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100 E5+ MY25, RS and Tuono 660 E5+: PMP4 ECU calibration update The main improvements introduced with this calibration are: • Infotainment: irreversible blocking of the ECU in the event of pairing by the smartphone. The correct procedure is for the PMP4 to be paired by searching from the instrument cluster, not from the smartphone; • Infotainment: possible malfunctions of the intercom while listening to music or making calls; • Infotainment: resetting the call time count after approximately 4 minutes of conversation, • Infotainment :(only RS-Tuono 660 E5+): failure to connect the PMP4 to the instrument cluster. The above operation is to be understood as included in the normal maintenance activities to be carried out together with the pre-delivery or the first appropriate visit to the workshop for vehicles in use.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
