- [2006084](/recalls/tc/2006084.md), 2006-04-19: Suspension. On certain vehicles, the rear suspension transverse beam castings were not made to specifications.  If a casting were to break when the vehicle is in motion, parts could become projectiles with potential to cause property damage, personal injury or death.  Also, the transverse beam may drop down low enough to contact the road surface causing sparks that could ignite a fire.  Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the transverse beams.
- [2004203](/recalls/tc/2004203.md), 2004-06-17: Other. On certain fire trucks, one or both of the cab tilt cylinders may lock when the cab is being lowered.  This can happen if a velocity fuse trips in either of the cylinders.  If only one velocity fuse trips and not the other, the resulting unequal loading may cause one of both of the cylinders to bend allowing the cab to lower to the chassis.  Correction:  Dealers will install flow restricting orifices to the cab tilt system.
