Service bulletin 2624
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
GENERAL INFORMATION STATING THAT THE HAYDEN AIR-TO-OIL TRANSMISSION CCOLERS ARE SECURED TO A MOUNTING BRACKET VIA BOLTS THROUGH RUBBER BLOCKS. SOME COOLERS MAY HAVE A TUBE-TO-HEADER DIMENSION THAT IS TOO LARGE, AND COULD RESULT IN THE COOLER COMING LOOSE FROM THE MOUNTING BRACKET, EVEN IF THE CORRECT TORQUE VALUE HAD BEEN ACHIEVED. *TT
