ON SOME VEHICLES MANUFACTURED AT THE CLEVELAND TRUCK PLANT BETWEEN OCTOBER 4, 1999 AND OCTOBER 11, 1999, THE BELT FOR THE SERIES 60 ACCESSORY DRIVE WAS SUBSTITUTED WITH A DIFFERENT BELT DURING PRODUCTION. THE SUBSTITUTED BELT MUST BE REPLACED. THE MODIFICATION CONSISTS OF REMOVING THE SUBSTITUTED BELT AND REPLACING WITH THE STANDARD BELT. \*TT
